                                                         The northern lights

The northern lights is a effect in the form of brightness that is present in the night sky, usually in the polar zone. In the north hemisphere called aurora borealis and the south hemisphere called aurora southern. The name aurora comes of the roman goddess of the sunrise.

 The auroras are produced when many solar particles collide with the magnetosphere of the earth, it generates that the wind solar move around of the terrestrial sphere and when of hemispheres they do not support more energy, this dissipates in form of radiations electromagnetic on the terrestrial ionosphere creating the visual effects.

  The eskimos when seeing the light thought that is was a narrow, sinus and dangerous road that led to the celestial regions and its light was due to the arrival of the new spirits. Other mythology they thought that the lights in the sky they were the whales with their water jets.

Blog Post 2 "Why did I choose my major?"

   When I was a little girl , I wanted to study architecture,although at that age I didn´t understand what it was about, over the years I lost the interest and  I wanted study pedagogy of physics and mathematics, I was many years with desire to study this major, until I make particular class and I understood that was not my vocation. 
    After I wanted to study odontology or physiotherapist. When I finish to school, I get into Physicaltherapist, in less than a semestre I realize that it was not what I wanted to dedicate. At the time, I didn´t know what major to study, although I knew that I liked architecture I was afraid to enter such a different major, But I decided to enter and it was a good decision because I like a lot.

Blogpost 1

      Hi. my name is Catalina Ramirez. I was born on may 5th, 1999 in Santiago, Chile. At 4 years old  started to study pre-kinder in , then in kinder  I changed a schools cold Santa Teresita where i was to 6to grade, later entre to liceo 1 Javiera Carrera and there finish the school. In 2017, I started studding physical therapeutic at the Universidad de Chile I studing only semester, later get  into in architecture. .
      My family is composed for my sister called Natalia, my parents and my dog called Malú. We lived in Independencia until 2011, when we moved to Valle Grande, Lampa, ubicated on the periphery to Santiago.
My hobbies are is the handcrafts, such as paint, macrame, to knit, among others. Also I like to go for walks in parks or places.
