The northern lights
The northern lights is a effect in the form of brightness that
is present in the night sky, usually in the polar zone. In the north hemisphere
called aurora borealis and the south hemisphere called aurora southern. The
name aurora comes of the roman goddess of the sunrise.
The auroras are
produced when many solar particles collide with the magnetosphere of the earth,
it generates that the wind solar move around of the terrestrial sphere and when
of hemispheres they do not support more energy, this dissipates in form of
radiations electromagnetic on the terrestrial ionosphere creating the visual
effects.
The eskimos when seeing
the light thought that is was a narrow, sinus and dangerous road that led to
the celestial regions and its light was due to the arrival of the new spirits.
Other mythology they thought that the lights in the sky they were the whales
with their water jets.
